A fast-growing Series B startup backed by Emergence Capital, Y Combinator, and founders of PayPal and Twilio is building the most human-like AI phone agents in the world. With a 40-person team and customers like Better.com, they’re redefining what’s possible in AI-driven voice experiences.
Why This Role Exists
Every customer has different systems, goals, and expectations. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity—translating fuzzy objectives into structured implementation plans, building the first version fast, and driving broad adoption within customer orgs.
What You’ll Do
-
Presales Partner: Join discovery calls, map out integrations, and explain the product’s unique value to technical stakeholders. You’ll partner directly with AEs to scope implementation plans that drive conversion.
-
Own Implementations: Design, build, and iterate voice agent workflows. Wire up APIs, debug issues, and fine-tune tone until the agent feels truly human.
-
Coordinate Stakeholders: Manage timelines across engineers, ops, product, and customer teams. Keep momentum high and ensure delivery.
-
Move Fast & Iterate: Ship early, get into production, listen to real calls, patch edge cases, and share results to build trust and excitement.
-
Expand the Footprint: Embed within customer orgs, understand business priorities, identify new use cases, and collaborate with sales to upsell.
-
Be the Face of the Company: Build deep, human relationships with customers. Travel on-site, host trainings, and go above and beyond to deliver unreasonable hospitality.
