The Role
This is an opportunity to take a foundational role in shaping a product used by the world’s top investors. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design to build intuitive workflows and systems that help customers manage deals with full context and real-time insights.
What You’ll Do
- Work across the stack to build features that streamline deal management for venture investors
- Collaborate with partners and associates at leading VC firms to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into impactful features
- Take ownership of architecture and delivery, ensuring the system is performant, scalable, and observable
- Contribute to planning and executing product roadmaps with a strong product mindset
- Troubleshoot issues proactively and ensure a smooth, valuable user experience
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience building scalable frontend and backend systems
- Track record of working on high-performance, observable, and reliable systems
- Ability to lead projects across disciplines and introduce structure in evolving environments
- Experience managing development roadmaps and seeing projects through to impact
Nice to Have
- Experience in early-stage startups (2+ years)
- Strong understanding of GraphQL and large data sets
- Background building web apps that manage large volumes of structured data
- Familiarity with local-first web apps and real-time sync patterns
- Strong product sense and ability to prioritize for customer impact
- Background in Python or strongly typed languages
- Passion for sharing knowledge—open source, writing, or public speaking
Compensation
- Salary: $180,000–$220,000 USD
- Equity based on level
