Founder, Louise Ogilvy, has been working in the recruitment industry for over 20 years setting up her first recruitment agency at just 24.

During that time, she has worked with a number of business owners and founders to take them from a one or two person partnership to a successful team.

Identifying talent is just one small part of the service that she and the team at Propeller-tech offer to their clients. Natalie Harper

Candidate Manager, Natalie Harper joined the business in February 2022 to ensure we give the BEST customer service to our wonderful candidates.
Having worked previously within the tech start-up world at Innovative Physics and later launching and running her own street food business, Natalie understands what it takes to work in a fast paced environment and will be using this experience to help to guide candidates on their journey.
