Who are we

Managing Director, Louise Ogilvy, has been working in the recruitment industry for 20 years. In 2000, she set up People Prospect Solutions, a recruitment agency dedicated to providing solutions to the recruitment world.

During a 20 year career, she has worked with a number of business owners to take them from a one or two person partnership to a successful team.

​Through these experiences, she discovered a love of the startup sector and branched out in to other areas to work with Entrepreneurs in the Tech industry. Propeller-Tech is the new name in startup and scaleup recruitment.
