We work purely with Startups and early growth companies who are looking to hire technical candidates. We have worked with clients looking to move away from utilising offshore and freelance developers, clients who need to hire Lead Developers to provide technical leadership, through to clients hiring Software Engineers to work on product development.

We won’t charge you a fee upfront, as we believe that our results speak for themselves.

​What we will do, is offer you two very transparent pricing plans and simply ask you to choose the one that suits you.

Classic – Our lowest recruitment fee

  • A one off introduction fee plus VAT

  • 14 day payment terms

  • 8 week rebate scheme

Monthly – spread your payments

  • Ability to pay your fee monthly over 3 or 6 months

  • 14 day payment terms

  • 12 week rebate scheme from start of employment
