About the Role
The team is looking for a Web Engineer to lead development of its public-facing website and digital experience. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with marketing and design to showcase new product innovations, including advancements in AI and ML. You’ll be a key contributor to how the company tells its story online and engages customers at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the design and development of marketing website projects (e.g., feature pages, blog revamps, new product launches)
- Implement and maintain CMS-powered workflows (currently using Sanity) that enable the marketing team to manage content independently
- Build and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency, speed, and a high standard of UX
- Create engaging animations and interactive experiences using tools like Lottie and Framer
- Apply strong visual and design judgment to ensure every interaction reinforces the brand
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in software/web engineering with proficiency in React, CSS, and Next.js
- Experience shipping production-grade web applications in a fast-paced environment
- Strong design sense and attention to visual detail
- Experience with animations (Framer, Lottie) or comfort collaborating with animation contractors
- Able to work independently while communicating effectively across marketing, design, and engineering teams
- Knowledge of SEO, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices
Compensation
- Salary: $140,000–$200,000 USD
- Generous equity package
