About the Role

The team is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead development across their event collection and identity resolution systems. These services are already operating at large scale, and the goal is to push them further—toward millions of requests per second—while maintaining reliability, performance, and architectural integrity.

You’ll be leading a top-tier team of engineers in solving tough distributed systems challenges and will be given high ownership and autonomy. This is a leadership role with direct technical influence and strategic product impact.

Some Challenges You’ll Work On

• Low-Latency Event Streaming: Scale the event system for higher throughput while reducing latency and ensuring reliability.
• Identity Resolution at Scale: Improve algorithms and data structures that must handle billions of records efficiently.
• Feature Expansion: Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver customer-requested features, staying hands-on with systems-level engineering.
