About the Role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll own core features end-to-end—from idea to production—crafting the tools and experiences that make AI phone agents easy to build, deploy, and manage. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape the product, move quickly, and work closely with users to turn complex AI capabilities into elegant, usable software.
What You’ll Do

Own features end-to-end: Drive everything from UX design to backend architecture and production rollout

Build intuitive interfaces: Develop dashboards, analytics, and configuration tools that make AI easy for non-technical users

Design seamless workflows: Guide users through creating, testing, deploying, and optimizing voice agents with minimal friction

Integrate across systems: Connect frontend components to backend voice AI, telephony, and customer data systems

Focus on customer outcomes: Collaborate with Deployment Engineers and customers to translate real needs into product improvements

Ship fast and iterate: Launch quickly, collect feedback, and improve based on real-world usage
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3–5 years of experience building modern full-stack web applications
- Strong product sense—you care about usability, question requirements, and propose smarter solutions
- Solid UX instincts—you know what makes an interface intuitive vs. frustrating
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high autonomy and end-to-end ownership

- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js
- Prior work at B2B SaaS companies serving enterprise users
